our story

About Us

The universe has brought you here, and I couldn’t be more excited for you!

My name is Torrie Marie Hartman, but almost everyone calls me “Miss Torrie”.  I’m a Dance Business Consultant, Coach Trainer, and Mindset Coach who helps dance entrepreneurs scale their business into the empire they have always dreamed of. I have been in the dance industry nearly my entire life and have been owning and operating dance studios as well as developing successful programs for over 15 years.

I am passionate about training, growth, and making PROFOUND connections. Our journey together always begins with a conversation. Our training objective is to make sure that my team of coaches and I understand YOU and YOUR visions, so that we can help you reach all of your individual goals. I am dedicated to sharing my experiences and tools to not only help individual dancers AND studio owners find their niche, but teaching them how to set themselves up for career success.

I started PROfounDANCE Connections & Consulting because what we do as artists is simply that: profound work that comes from a soul-based feeling. A place of emotion that is deeply rooted in the connections we make along this passion-filled road we travel while sharing our art.  Nothing brings me more joy than helping and training a studio owner get a successful studio off the ground, guiding a commercial dancer all the way to their dream job,  or watching a dance team reach their highest potential. I want to share my coaching talent and knowledge with you, and connect with you so that you can achieve your goals and set new ones! Whatever it is you want to accomplish or find yourself struggling with, believe me, I’ve been there. You name it, I’ve seen it! I know all about the hard work and determination it takes to create the dance career you’ve always dreamed about. Let me help you make those profound dance connections and let’s leap into a successful future together!
